Softly has a new friend

desperanceHee. The last I saw, my old teddy bear was in the bottom of my travelling-bag, not yet unpacked from FantasyCon (I am so heedless of his dignity...). I just went downstairs, lunchward, and found him in the middle of the dining-room floor, with Barry posed about.
The girls used to do this too, they would positively snuggle up to Softly when they couldn't snuggle me. I like this, nay, I love it. The only thing is, it poses a logical/ethical dilemma: how can I leave Softly behind as a Chaz-substitute when I go away, given that I always take him with me? And how can I take him with me, when I know that he makes an acceptable snuggle-substitute for the boy who cannot come?
