desperance...and, y'know what? I never hoped to see one.
Let alone two.
They were in my veggie bag this morning. I am thinking a blue cheese sauce, in tribute.
But not this evening: for I have a chicken, and smoked sea salt, and numerous roastable roots. And cream and smoked paprika, for a sauce.

I am not really one for much boasting, but I am proud of this. Bread without yeast! Bread with damn' few ingredients, indeed - just flour and salt and water, and a fraction of oil to knead on. This one is a mix of white flour and wholemeal and rye, and it tastes gorgeous.
