It's unfeasibly early in all aspects, but I have author's copies of Desdaemona by Ben Macallan.
Part of me is going, "But-but-but! I wasn't ready! It's not ready, it can't be! We've only just done the copy-edit, I haven't even checked proofs yet!" - but I guess sending out author proofs is simply not part of their process. Either that or they deliberately snipped me out of the loop. I could be paranoid; I have decided to be nothing more than slightly aggrieved. And to take their in-house proofreading on trust, until such time as. At which point, stern e-mails will be written. *nods*
Anyway, here it is. It's a fact, it's a book. Which is nice.
I'm sorry you guys have to wait another six weeks, but hey. You'll appreciate it all the more. And you could pass the heavy hours in the meantime by pre-ordering it from this page.
And, of course, by voting for Jade Man's Skin - last chance!.
