Now? Make that three. Pandaemonium arrived for final checking. And please can they have it back by early next week...?
*sobs*
I've been publishing books for thirty years, y'know. It's always like this. Everything comes at once, and has to be done immediately: and usually when you're all full of the shiny for something new, something else altogether.
It is good that one loves one's job regardless. And that one still gets an uplift of the heart from the final product. I've been publishing short stories for thirty-five years, y'know, and I don't think there is even yet anything better than announcing that another one is out there in the world. As I shall tomorrow, when Buzzy Mag publishes the story I wrote with Shannon Page...
