desperanceThe fence between our neighbour's yard and ours is temporarily not there. This has had an utterly unexpected result, in that I guess his yard constituted one dragonfly's territory while ours was another's. With the marker gone, they are staging races all the way from his further fence to ours.
Zoom on, little dudes. And be excellent to each other.
In rather more expected results, Chispa the golden labrador is wandering happily around our space. Barry is sitting in the window, staring with a kind of appalled fascination at this development. Mac is dozing on the sofa, and has yet to notice.
Anything might happen. Anything.
EtA: Mac has now noticed. He is perched in the open window, with his tail at half-fluff, eyes fixed on the errant dog-thing. Whether his tail was previously at full bottle-brush, I cannot say, but I wouldn't be at all surprised.
