Teapothead

'Member how I said that Mac liked to eat used tealeaves, and I'd only just stopped him sticking his whole head into the pot in pursuit of 'em?
I went downstairs this morning to find the teapot upside down on the sofa, where I had not exactly left it. Given that cats have not yet developed opposable thumbs, I can think of no way that he could have got it there from the coffee-table, except by wearing it on his head.
Still, at least he clearly did get his head out of it again - eventually? - so I need not worry overmuch about that any more.
Tho' I might start looking for a pot with a lid. Or preferably one with replaceable lids, because I do break 'em with a tedious regularity. (I once broke the bottom off a teapot, by dropping its own lid into the pot. This ought not to be possible, but I did it.)
In other news: I thought cats were not supposed to like citrus? Mac goes for marmalade...
