I've mentioned before that Dr Jes Battis has written a chapter on my work and Lynn Flewelling's in his forthcoming study of queer fantasy. He's just given Lynn permission to post it on her website, and you can read it here, should you care to.

Not that I know of. And of course you're right, he obviously should. Just, I'm not really in a position to tell him, y'know...?

(It is of course also possible that he did read it, and hated it, and has chosen not to say...)

Actually, maybe the Tel Ferrin/Issel type of master/apprentice isn't the right sort of Hawt for his article. 'Cause it is a different sort of Hawt, obviously.
