In Korean symbology, apparently a cat and a butterfly together indicate longevity.

Um. Put one of my boys anywhere near a butterfly, and longevity is not exactly the first thing to occur...

Ah, but how long does the cat live?
Moon and Ish ignore butterflies, in fact. Horus will bat at them but only in a very lackadaisical way.

Yeah. Um. One of my very best friends used to have indoor cats named Sophie and Arthur and she would catch moths for them to torture and as they played with their insect food she would sing this song for them:

"Chewy bodies, crunchy wings! Chewy bodies, crunchy wings!"
