Event, October 26th, Derby
Sep. 30th, 2006 01:07 pmOutrageous abuse of LiveJournal privileges, pimping his own event: shame! shame!
But on Thursday 26th October, myself and my two favourite colleagues - the poet Sean O'Brien, the cultural commentator Gail-Nina Anderson - will be bringing our Phantoms project on tour to Derby.
The gig is at Ye Olde Dolphin (oh, good grief... - but even the link is ghostly, so where better?) in Queen St, doors open 7.00pm for 7.30, tickets are £8; and for that you get three original ghost stories in three highly distinctive voices, plus your supper (pie and mash, or nearest equivalent). How can you not come?
To book, phone 01332 715434, or e-mail alex.davis@derby.gov.uk - and do it sooon, because places are strictly limited.
To those who can't get to the UK for an evening of ghost stories - well, I'm sorry. You can still buy the book, which comes complete with a CD of our reading the stories. Dim the lights, turn the sound up, and really all you're missing is the pie & mash...
