Shagged out after a long squawk
Dec. 21st, 2006 06:50 pmI was, as usual, more wound-up over the Phantoms gigs than I'd realised. And paying for it now: I keep falling asleep on the sofa, and there is just no way I'm going to do any of the things I need to do this evening.
Instead, I shall make supper - what you lovely Americans would call mac and cheese, I think, tho' it will actually be candele (which obviously means candles, but in pasta terms is big fat tubes the length of long spaghetti, hurrah! - traditionally eaten with ragu, but hey...) and there will be mushrooms and ham in the sauce as well as lots of good cheddar. And mustard. And then I will vegetate in front of the TV, for lo, I can do no other.
