Road trip

Not sure I've mentioned this, but I'm going to be away for a while. From Monday, I have houseguests: esmeraldus_neo and time_freak. The boys can has sitters! To sit on! And otherwise squash beneath the inexorable charm of their undoubted personalities. Including biting. Pity these people; wish them well.

Me, I have a last gig in Newcastle, Summer Phantoms at the Lit & Phil, Tuesday 24th, 7.00pm.

Then I have a gig in London next day: Wednesday 25th, Kensington Central Library, 6.00pm, with others of the Write Fantastic.

After that I am a little footloose. I shall be in Henley; I shall be in Cambridge for the weekend, 27th-30th, courtesy of la_marquise_de and the Marquis. I shall be back in Henley again. There will be a regatta, hence Greek gods on the towpath, hence Chaz. (No, honestly, it's just a coincidence of timing. Still. There will be picnics...)

If you live down there somewhere and you want to see me, get in touch. Pronto, for I shall be somewhat out of touch come Wednesday: not checking e-mails, by and large.

In other news: my head hurts. My head is still hurting. It's been hurting for, I don't know, a week? Very very low-grade headache: not enough even to trouble with painkillers, let alone grumbling to medical personnel. Just, it's starting to grind me down...
